Candidate Care

Initial Interview – Fact finding.

  • Questions to answer;
  • Is the candidate open to new opportunities?
  • What are they looking for and why?
  • Salary expectations?
  • Location etc?

Qualification Interview – Specific Role matching.

  • Once a specific opportunity is in mind a full competency based interview takes place to gain further insight into the suitability and match to the specific vacancy.

Pre Interview Briefing – reconfirmation of suitability

  • Prior to a candidate meeting with a customer a detailed pre-interview brief is conducted, for a retained assignment interviewees are often accompanied by a kcmb team member.

Interview Debrief

  • Following all stages of an interview we do a full candidate debrief to obtain their feedback, which we will then feed directly back to the client.
  • Bespoke Interview – Psychometrics etc

Recall consultants can also provide additional services such as assessment days, psychometric tests, specific competency based clients questions.
