- Once a specific opportunity is in mind a full competency based interview takes place to gain further insight into the suitability and match to the specific vacancy.
Pre Interview Briefing – reconfirmation of suitability
- Prior to a candidate meeting with a customer a detailed pre-interview brief is conducted, for a retained assignment interviewees are often accompanied by a kcmb team member.
Interview Debrief
- Following all stages of an interview we do a full candidate debrief to obtain their feedback, which we will then feed directly back to the client.
