Lance contacting me out of the blue.
I was contemplating two job offers at the time , trying to work out which was the best fit for me.
Lance offered me alternative and discussed very honestly the position and also relating to one of my needs , Worklife Balance.
From past experience some recruiters are not genuine, Lance is.
Lance not only talked to me about the position but also asked how I was feeling and openly talked about his past experiences in the job market and also personally about his life.
When you are looking for jobs, when you are not working, you can feel isolated and a little lonely, Lance kept in contact when he did need to, he also discussed the interview and noted key points, on the morning of the interview he even sent me a good luck text.
After I was offered the position, Lance continued to stay in contact, how was your first day, first week etc, most recruiters do not do this.
